Small groups for up to 6 children. These will take place on a weekly basis within a school half term (This will usually be around 6 sessions). All sessions are booked in advance and no new children will be added to the group once it has started allowing the group to build confidence and trust together.
5 weekly sessions of creative activities will allow children to explore their experience of worry and experience peer support. They will explore how and why worry affects them in an age-appropriate way and try out coping skills such as creative visualisation, breathing and self-expression through art.

A small group for year 6 children, allowing creative exploration, discussion and support around the changes and challenges ahead of them as they approach the transition to secondary school. They will take away resources and strategies to support them in this important life event.
